I have numerous years of studying the posture of musicians ranging from drummers to cellists, trombone players, choral singers and guitarists.  Music is such a wonderful endeavor but, it can be hard on your body.  Treat yourself right by learning how to stretch (before and after you play) and play with proper posture during your amazing performances and take them to a whole new level!
